There are two new Khmer movies are in production right now or maybe finished already. Mr. Tim Pek, a film maker from Australia is returning to Cambodia to make a movie about Khmer's Martial Art called "Bokator". At the same time, he is also producing another movie in Australia called "The Red Sense". The Red Sense is a story about a woman who found out her childhood abuser(a former Khmer rouge) was still alive and well. And she is fighting her own feelings whether she should seek revenge or not. Sound like these two movies are very interesting and entertaining.
Also, I have heard through rumors that Jacky Chan is planning to make a movie in Cambodia about the history of Angkorwat and it's warriors. I'm not sure if this is true or not. If anyone have more information about this topic, please share it with us. Thank you.
bayon, i've seen previews of The Red Sense for at least 5 years now but is it really out? i saw on your posted pic that it was played in cambodian theatres in April this year but we were there around that time and did not hear anything about it.
people already lost interests in watching it, the same with Preab Sovath's movie "Nesat Kroper"
